Operations / Field Supervisor.
Job Description
- Clock Guards in and out of duty. Ensuring they are all on duty at the start of the shift, if not inform management
- Conduct random and scheduled post/site inspections to check on security guards, ensuring all site SOP’s and post orders are completed and uniforms in good condition and clean.
- Must adhere to and become knowledgeable of company and site-specific contracts to ensure efficient security operations.
- Complete post inspection report of all sites visited on the company tracking system for management review.
- Respond to calls for service and site emergencies. Investigate accidents, and complete Accident / Incident reports.
- Respond in a timely manner to emergency events, issues, staffing deficiencies and client’s requests.
- Provide training and issue disciplinary writeups to officers to ensure compliance with Company and Post Protocol and Procedures.
- Excellent time management, communications, technical writing, presentation development, facilitation and organizational skills required.
- Assist Corporate Office with scheduling and staffing to manage overtime and may be required to personally cover open posts/shifts when necessary to ensure 24/7 coverage.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum of 1 year of Field Supervisor or similar experience in management, preferably in Security or Operations.
- Must understand Security Operations including training, staffing, and scheduling.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must possess advanced people and customer service skills.
- A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel and verbal and written communications skills to read and write clear, accurate and concise reports.
- Must have a flexible schedule and must be able to work on the weekends.
Salary: $20 – 24.00 per hour – Depending on assigned site/post

Security Officer
Job description
LEAD Security Group Inc is a professional security services company providing 24/7 armed and unarmed security guards and patrol services within the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
We are currently hiring for our open security officer position for various locations within the New York City. Candidates must possess state ID./Driver’s license, valid security license, F-02 and CPR.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to the client, its associates, contractors, vendors, and facilities personnel.
- Patrol multiple assigned areas to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activity.
- Control access at the main entrance by screening all clients, visitors, utilizing the magnetometer, x-ray machine to detect and prevent contrabands from entering the facilities.
- Respond to incidents.
- Complete logs, incident reports and all other required documentation.
- Make calls to the police, fire department and other first responders as directed.
- Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions which might endanger client, its associates or public safety, including fires, evacuations, hazardous situations, or other facility related events; provide back up to client personnel as needed.
- Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete; maintain all daily assigned equipment in functional and presentable condition.
- Investigate security related accidents/incidents, interview witnesses, complaints, and victims; gather physical evidence and preserve it for future use; complete report and follow up with management as needed.
- Responsible for ensuring that all employees, suppliers, and visitors on company property have proper company issued identification.
- Ensure that the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment.
Additional Job Functions
- Maintain daily administrative documentation.
- Provide escort services to the client’s visitors, contractors and vendors as required.
- Investigate security related accidents/incidents.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid New York State Driver’s License
- Valid New York Guard Card (Security License)
- F-02 Fire Guard Certification
- 2 years Security experience (private/public sector)
- Must be able and willing to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills
- Professionalism in appearance, work ethic, and positive attitude are essential.
